Design Your Perfect Smile with Us

Teeth + Face Planning
We don’t just line up teeth and call it done; we plan your smile and facial esthetics together so everything looks balanced from every angle. The result is a smile that fits your lips, features, and personality—not a “one-size-fits-all” look.
Visual, Collaborative Approach
You’ll see photos, scans, and digital previews at each step, so you’re never guessing what comes next. We invite your feedback and adjust the design with you, making sure the final smile feels like one you helped create.

Same-Day Solutions Built In
With CEREC technology, we can create many crowns and restorations in a single visit, which can shorten your overall makeover timeline. That means fewer appointments, less time off work, and faster progress toward your end result.
Calm, Curated Experience
The studio is designed to feel serene and unhurried, with a small team that knows your name and your story. We take time to explain each step in plain language so you feel informed, not rushed or overwhelmed.

Local Roots, Long-Term Relationships
The Zurchers live in Gallatin and built this practice to care for their own neighbors. Their goal isn’t a quick cosmetic case—it’s a long-term relationship where you feel comfortable coming back for years.

What Is a Smile Makeover?
A smile makeover is a customized plan that combines several cosmetic and restorative treatments to change the way your smile looks and feels.
Instead of fixing one tooth at a time, we step back and look at:
- Tooth color, shape, and length
- Alignment and spacing
- Gum levels and dark spaces
- How your smile fits your lips and facial features
Your makeover might include veneers, same-day crowns, whitening, clear aligners, facial esthetic treatments, or gingival filler therapy. The mix is tailored to you—not a preset “package.”

How Our Smile Makeover Process Works
1. Discovery Visit
We start with a long, visual visit.
- Full photos and digital scans
- X-rays and AI-supported review where needed
- A “state of the union” of your oral health
You’ll see your current smile on a large screen and talk through what you like, what you don’t, and what you hope to change.
2. Smile Mock-Up and Preview
Next, we design your proposed new smile with wax-ups or digital mockups.
You can:
- Preview your new smile on screen
- See side-by-side “now vs. ideal” versions
- Ask for changes before we ever touch a tooth
We want you to have a lot of control over where we’re going.
3. Temporary Trial Phase
Once the design is approved, we prep and place temporaries based on that design.
You’ll “test drive” your new smile for about two weeks and then tell us:
- Too long or too short?
- Too square or too round?
- Anything you’d like to tweak?
Only after your feedback do we move to your final restorations. No “prep and pray.”
4. Finishing Touches
When your teeth and bite are right, we refine the frame around your smile.
This can include:
- Injection treatments for gummy smiles or fine lines
- Filler treatments to support lips and facial contours
- Whitening touch-ups or small adjustments to shape and texture
The goal is a smile that looks like you—just elevated, balanced, and camera-ready.

Key Treatments in Your Smile Makeover
Gingival Filler Therapy
For many people, gum recession doesn’t just cause sensitivity—it also creates dark spaces and a “harsher” look to the smile. Gingival filler therapy is a nonsurgical way to soften that look and make your smile line feel full again.
- First in the area to offer this AAFE-developed therapy
- Targets areas of recession to help reduce root sensitivity
- Gently fills “black triangles” and dark spaces between teeth
- Improves the shape and fullness of the gumline without surgery
- Works beautifully as a finishing touch with veneers, crowns, or aligners
Porcelain Veneers
Veneers are often the “front-row” pieces of a smile makeover, changing what you see in the mirror every day. They’re ideal when you want a noticeable upgrade but still want your smile to look like you.
- Thin, custom-made shells bonded to the front of your teeth
- Help with deeper stains, chips, small gaps, uneven edges, and worn enamel
- Designed around your face, personality, and goals—not just a generic shade chart
- Trial and preview phase lets you give feedback on shape and length before anything is final
CEREC Same-Day Crowns
Some teeth need more than a veneer or filling—they need full coverage and strength. CEREC crowns let us repair and refine those teeth in a way that supports both function and aesthetics.
- Great for cracked, heavily filled, or root canal–treated teeth
- Designed and milled in-office, often in a single visit
- No temporary crown or second seat appointment needed
- Hand-stained and polished by Dr. Zurcher to blend seamlessly with neighboring teeth
Professional Teeth Whitening
Whitening is often the simplest way to make your smile look fresher, and it frequently serves as the “starting point” for a makeover. Once your teeth are brighter, we match other treatments to that new baseline.
- Opalescence professional whitening targets deep, long-standing stains
- Can significantly brighten teeth from coffee, tea, wine, and natural aging
- Often done first so veneers, crowns, and bonding can be matched to a lighter, more youthful shade
- Take-home options help you maintain your results over time
Invisalign Clear Aligners
Sometimes the best cosmetic upgrade is simply getting teeth into a better position. Invisalign straightens your smile quietly in the background, often reducing how much additional cosmetic work you need.
- Clear, removable trays instead of metal brackets and wires
- Addresses crowding, gaps, and many bite concerns
- Helps create more even edges and spacing, which can mean fewer veneers
- Straighter teeth are easier to clean and support better long-term oral health
Anti-Wrinkle Injectionss & Fillers
Once your teeth and bite are where they should be, we look at the “frame” that surrounds your smile. This is where facial esthetic treatments help everything feel balanced and in harmony.
- Anti-wrinkle injectable treatments can soften expression lines or help reduce the look of a gummy smile in some cases
- Fillers can support and shape the lips, soften deeper lines, and restore gentle volume around the mouth and lower face
- All treatments are planned to complement your new teeth, not compete with them
- Because your dental and facial plans are created under one roof, the final result looks cohesive, natural, and uniquely yours—not like separate treatments from separate places stitched together

Frequently Asked Questions
Am I a candidate for a smile makeover?
If you’re unhappy with the look of your teeth, gums, or the “dark spaces” in your smile, you may be a good candidate. At your complimentary consult, we review your oral health, listen to your goals, and talk through what’s realistic and safe for your mouth. Together, we decide if a full makeover, a smaller refresh, or a phased approach makes the most sense.
Is a smile makeover just cosmetic, or does it help my oral health?
Often, it does both. Straighter, smoother teeth are easier to clean. Replacing worn or cracked teeth with crowns can protect them from further damage. Adjusting your bite can reduce uneven wear and tension. We address any decay or gum issues first, then build cosmetic changes on a healthy foundation.
Will my new smile look fake?
That’s the opposite of what we want. We focus on natural-looking results: careful attention to tooth shape, texture, and shade, plus how your smile fits your lips and face. The mockup and trial phases give you multiple chances to ask for “more subtle,” “a little longer,” or “a bit softer” before anything is final.
How long does a smile makeover take?
It depends on what we’re changing. Simple plans (like whitening plus a few veneers) may take a few weeks. More complex plans that include aligners, implants, or gingival filler therapy can take several months. At your consultation, we map out a clear timeline so you know what to expect from start to finish.
Do I have to do every treatment you recommend?
No. We usually present a “best case” full plan and then show you how it can be adjusted or phased. You might start with whitening and one or two key areas, then build toward a full makeover over time. You stay in control of how far you want to go and how quickly.
How much does a smile makeover cost?
Costs vary based on how many teeth we treat and which services you choose—such as veneers, crowns, aligners, or esthetic treatments.
We’ll design your ideal plan, then work with you to phase treatment, explore options at different price points, and review financing so you can decide what fits your budget and goals. You’ll always see a written estimate before we begin.
